30 bartenders battled it out at the live competition at HOFEX on 8 September. Here are the top three.
The theme of the challenge was Journey in a Bottle, with a choice of whisky, vodka, rum, gin or vermouth as the main spirit.
Winner – Joey Chow, The Conrad Hong Kong. Joey won with her vodka-based cocktail called Let’s Runderland.
Second Place – Yuki Ho, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sha Tin Club House. Yuki took second place with her drink, Memories, made with rum.
Third Place – Ken Suen, Upper House. Ken used whisky in his cocktail, Jumanji.
