Jacqueline Leung – Say Hi Bar & Dining
Jacqueline has worked as a bartender since 2019. “I started out making cocktails as a hobby and now it’s my profession,” she tells us. “I like to personalise my drinks in the hopes that everyone will enjoy them.”
Troy Chan – Artisan Lounge, K11 Musea
A bartender for six years, Troy says “I love my career, making drinks for my guests and making new friends. I feel ready to share my creations with the bar community and to see what I can achieve – and that’s why I’m joining this competition. No matter the result, let’s enjoy the show!”
Patrick Cheung – Upper House
Patrick is a cocktail-maker and wine lover who has worked in Japanese, French and Mediterranean restaurants. He is enthusiastic about mixing and creating cocktails with unique flavours.
Patrick Ng – Hong Kong Football Club
As an enthusiastic mixologist with two years’ experience in the industry and another two at the Hong Kong Football Club, Patrick is looking to “challenge myself, broaden my horizons, express creativity and share my passion for bartending through my cocktails.”
Muk Ka Chun – Tiger Party Room
Although he is new to the industry, Ka Chun is looking to “put all my passion into this competition and bring the best I can to it.”
Kenneth Tsang – Hong Kong Jockey Club
Kenneth has worked in the bar industry for seven years and values the continuous learning path that it offers him. He has a preference for tea ‘elements’ in his drink creations and says, “I look forward to growing personally by taking part in this completion.”
